From humble beginnings in a single car garage, the business was born in December of 2012 with one simple purpose; to make people a little better one day at time. Come join Keith and the rest of the Juggernaut community in our mission of Forging Positive Leadership.

Deirdre Moulton-Gagne
Deirdre Moulton-Gagne

Deirdre has lived in New England all her life. She actively played sports in high school and always maintained a membership at a local gym. She struggled during her teen and early adult years, but was rescued by her children, when she became a mother to her two sons. Deirdre went back to college and studied small business management.

Being a business owner and mother of two, her health took a backseat. During the fall of 2018 she decided it was time to take back her life. She wanted to be around for her children for many years to come. She joined a bootcamp and began focusing on sustainable changes. After much coaxing her sister convinced her to attend class at Juggernaut. Deirdre was intimidated and thought that she would be amongst ‘elite athletes’.

Her first experience at Juggernaut Fitness was Memorial Day 2019 for the grueling Hero WOD, Murph. That day she fell in love with the community, and the concept in action of ‘constantly varied’ and ‘infinitely scalable’ movements. That day everyone was doing the SAME workout, scaled to their own abilities (and yes, there were some elite athletes there too!). Everyone gave their all, whatever that looked like for them, and people of all fitness abilities encouraged and supported one other. It was truly moving.

Deirdre has since realized that this was always her missing link in sustainable, whole-body wellness, and so began her passion for this community and style of exercise, and her dedication to help others who align with it as well. Deirdre received her CrossFit L1 over the summer of 2022 and began coaching at Juggernaut in the winter of 2022.

Deirdre has a deep love for her children, her family, and her friends. She has a rooted commitment to functional varied fitness and being a hand to those in recovery. She truly believes in the concept of ‘it takes a village’. She believes it takes love, grace, support, and the guidance of a village in an effort to maintain healthy relationships, to raise children, to grow, to believe in yourself, and to keep trying! She treasures the village that is Juggernaut Fitness and the part she plays in it as your coach!

Hi there! I’m Brandon, it’s a pleasure to meet you, if we haven’t met yet then let me tell you, I’m looking forward to when we do. I grew up in Seacoast New Hampshire as a pudgy, mac n cheese and hot dogs, Saturday morning cartoon loving kid. I eventually stumbled into Cross Country and became a less pudgy, but still mac n cheese and hot dogs, Saturday morning cartoon loving teenager. I was active through college and shortly after graduating found functional fitness and fell for it harder than my high school crush. I’ve now been involved with functional fitness for nearly 10 years, and started coaching about four years ago. When I’m not here at the Jugg-spot I’m either working from home, walking my dogs, or playing (and probably losing) a game of cribbage with my significant other. My favorite movements are deadlifts, double unders, and rowing, and yes, I still like Saturday morning cartoons and mac and cheese, just not the hot dogs.
