Juggernaut Fitness (formerly CrossFit Juggernaut) is located in Laconia, NH. Our dream was always big, but it began small in the garage of the owner, Keith Britton. Juggernaut Fitness was born December 2012 in Gilford, NH and it rapidly grew to be the unstoppable business we know it as today!

Keith Britton
Keith Britton

Keith Britton is a New Hampshire native originally from Sandown. After a long career on the road living between New York and Los Angeles, he returned home and found functional fitness in 2012 after making a commitment to change his life.

Later that year he decided to share his passion with the Lakes Region by opening the gym. From humble beginnings in a single car garage, the business was born in December of 2012 with one simple purpose; to make people a little better one day at time. Come join Keith and the rest of the Juggernaut community in our mission of Forging Positive Leadership.

Anna Terry
Anna Terry

Anna acquired her CF-L1 Certification in August of 2015 and her CF-L2 in May of 2018. She also as her CF Defense certification is a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach; along with attending a multitude of seminars to further her knowledge, such as an Olympic Weightlifting seminar led by the world-renowned Don McCauley.

Anna comes to us with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from Plymouth State University – where she gained knowledge in Anatomy & Physiology, Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology. She has experience as a K-12 teacher as well as a basketball and soccer coach for multiple ages. Her goals as a Coach at Juggernaut Fitness are to spread knowledge of nutrition, proper movement patterns, and to teach all athletes how to be healthy and fit for all of their years!

Matthew Terry
Matthew Terry

Matt has always had a passion for teaching and helping others on their fitness journey, which led him to discover functional fitness. Matt acquired his CrossFit Level 1 Certification in Watertown, MA in January 2014. Matt is a law enforcement officer in the Lakes Region where he became a Defensive Tactics instructor through his Police Department.

Using his knowledge as a DT Instructor, Matt pursued a certification in CrossFit Defense in August 2015 where he hopes to use this Certification to teach people simple tactics in defending themselves or loved ones from danger.

Jason Mangiardi
Jason Mangiardi

After trying a number of different workout and exercise approaches, Jason started classes at Juggernaut Fitness in 2013 at the urging of a coworker. Never one to stick with any program for very long, he found the community and format of Juggernaut to be a great match for him.

He was so pleased with the impact in his life, he obtained his L1 trainer certificate in 2016 to help give back to the community. Jason works at LRGHealthcare as an Ear, Nose and Throat surgeon and is a father of 2.

David Ferrer
David Ferrer

David comes to us from Atlanta, Georgia where he was coaching CrossFit for a year. David currently has a PhD in Exercise Physiology and is a current faculty member in the Health and Human Performance Department at Plymouth State University.

While working on his PhD, he volunteered his time working with the strength and conditioning staff at Georgia State University training NCAA D1 athletes in various sports. He currently holds his L1 and is a certified exercise physiologist through ACSM. He plans on getting his CSCS during 2018. David’s training experience comes from playing baseball at the Division 1 level, power lifting, and CrossFit.

Corey Gately
Corey Gately

Corey started at Juggernaut Fitness in June 2016 by joining Bootcamp and she was immediately hooked!

She was drawn to the community at Juggernaut and became actively involved in classes. She was diagnosed in 2009 with Lupus and has found functional fitness to be incredibly helpful for her overall health and wellness. In order to help others with their health, she obtained her CF-L1 certification in July 2019. Corey is married and has 3 children. She is a Master’s Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and she works full time as the Director of Substance Use Services at LRGHealthcare. She is also an adjunct lecturer at Plymouth State University.

Cris Rueffert
Cris Rueffert

Cris became hooked when Juggernaut Fitness opened in 2013! “I finally found the Love of functional fitness, combined with the wellness approach to healthy living all under one roof.”

Cris, who has worked at LRGHealthcare for over 20 years as a Registered Dietitian, was happy to be introduced to this community where they all love the same concepts! Finally in June 2019, 6 months before her 50th birthday she decided to pursue her L1 training certificate. “I wanted to combine my love for nutrition with the opportunity to be a part of changing people’s lives by spreading the love of wellness through movement and nutrition.” “This is only the beginning of my journey in health, wellness and fitness in my community.”

Ashley Marsh
Ashley Marsh

Ashley joined the Juggernaut team full of excitement to work with all the wonderful athletes. Ashley is getting a degree in Sports Psychology and hopes to continue on getting her Master’s in Athletic Counseling.

She looks forward to bringing all the knowledge she can to help the athletes reach their fullest potential.

Reese Chappuis
Reese Chappuis

Reese joined the Juggernaut team in 2020 after serving as an Airborne Infantryman in the US Army. He has a varied training background, including general preparedness, endurance, military schools, and Olympic weightlifting.

He is certified as a USAW Level 1 Coach and working towards a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Physiology.

Elisabeth Rosencrum
Elisabeth Rosencrum

Lis has been physically active her whole life – from being a competitive athlete through college, and then roller derby for the past 11 years.

She found CrossFit in 2016, and fell in love with the varied approach to fitness, and the community at her first gym in Cincinnati, Ohio. Lis is a certified athletic trainer by trade, and professor of Allied Health Sciences and Athletic Training at Plymouth State University. Her areas of clinical expertise include the prevention of catastrophic injury and illness, and therapeutic exercise for return to activities of daily living and sport. While she currently primarily teaches future athletic trainers, she has more than 8 years of collegiate athletic training experience at the Division I & III levels. Lis has a PhD in Physical Education and has maintained her Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist credential through the National Strength & Conditioning Association since 2006, as well as several other complementary credentials related to sports medicine and performance.
