Juggernaut Fitness

The goal of Juggernaut Fitness is to be a well-rounded, general preparatory strength and conditioning program. Our goal is to train every energy system in a variety of ways utilizing foundational exercises. Those foundational exercises include squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lunging. Our goal is to make sure that we are able to have longevity in our life through quality exercise prescription. We believe that every day in our gym should be progressing you to a healthier version of yourself. Our programming is for everyone and is adaptable to any skill level and training status. Whether we are performing high-intensity intervals, having a functional body building pump session, or moving at a conversational pace, our goal is to move with quality and consistency.

Juggernaut Express

Wish you could squeeze in a workout on your lunch hour? Us too!
That’s why we created Juggernaut Express, our lunchtime power (half) hour, where you can sweat through a quick and effective 30-minute workout during the middle of the day!

Juggernaut Endure

The goal of Juggernaut Endure is to be a well-rounded, general fitness program. Like our Fitness classes, we aim to train every energy system in a variety of ways utilizing foundational movements. These foundational movements are programmed and coached in Endure to allow for a great workout regardless of your skill level. In Endure, you can count on functional bodybuilding, cardiovascular, mobility, and more training methods all  within our hour-long classes.

Juggernaut Foundations

Our Foundations program is designed to create a solid foundation for new members so they can enter group classes with a basic understanding of movements and class structure.

Our Foundations program consists of three 1-hour sessions and is recommended to those brand new to functional training.

All members are welcome to hop into a foundations session as it’s always great to refresh the basics!

Juggernaut Legends

Are you 55+ and looking to stay strong and independent? Our Juggernaut Legends program is just for you!

Designed with mature athletes in mind, these classes are tailored to help you maintain your mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
